Every trash-out or hoarding project is different, so we begin with an assessment to confirm volume, access, safety concerns, and disposal needs. Then we create a scope that may include sorting assistance (if requested), bagging/boxing, removal, dumpster coordination or haul-out services, detailed cleaning of affected areas, and sanitation steps where needed. We can also address surface mold cleaning (non-remediation) when the moisture/source issue has been handled by the appropriate party. For sewage contamination cleanup or biohazard-related conditions, we follow strict PPE and cleaning practices appropriate to the situation. Important boundaries: we do not provide sharps cleanup (needles/syringes) and we do not provide ozone treatments. If sharps are present, we require that they be removed by a qualified provider before our work begins. Our goal is to restore dignity, safety, and order—without overpromising or minimizing what the space truly needs. We respond to quote requests within 1 business day.

Additionally, we ensure each of our specialists and cleaners complete a mandated training program that includes best practices for hoarding cleanup, OSHA required courses and more.
